These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OTP Space WhatsApp OTP verification platform ("Service", "we"). By creating an account or using our API, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
OTP Space provides an API to send and verify one-time passcodes (OTPs) over WhatsApp to your end users in Indonesia. Carrier availability, delivery timing, and WhatsApp's own policies are outside our full control; we use reasonable efforts to maintain reliable delivery.
2. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for keeping your API keys (sk_live_*) and account credentials confidential. All activity performed with your API key is your responsibility. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect misuse.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to send OTPs only to end users who have genuinely requested verification. You may not use the Service for spam, unsolicited promotion, fraud, or any activity that violates the WhatsApp/Meta Terms of Service or applicable law. We may suspend accounts showing signs of abuse.
4. Credits & Payment
The Service runs on prepaid credits. Each successfully sent verification debits your balance at the applicable rate. Verifications that fail to deliver within the time limit are not charged. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Availability & Support
We work to keep the Service available and provide automatic delivery failover. Our availability targets are described in our SLA.
6. Data & Privacy
Our handling of personal data (including end-user phone numbers) is governed by our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Phone numbers are encrypted at rest and OTP codes are stored hashed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive (payment, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
