Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This SLA describes the service-level targets for the OTP Space API. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. API Availability

We target 99.9% availability of the API endpoints (/v1/send and /v1/verify) per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance.

2. Delivery & Failover

OTP delivery includes automatic failover. If no delivery node is available, the system routes through a fallback path. Actual delivery timing depends on WhatsApp and carrier networks, which are outside our full control.

3. No-Charge Policy for Failures

Verifications that fail to deliver within the time limit are not charged. The status of every verification is visible in the dashboard.

4. Scheduled Maintenance

Maintenance that may affect availability will be announced in advance where possible and scheduled during low-traffic hours.
